Our turkey breasts are made from the breasts of tender young turkeys. The next step is a light smoke over hickory wood. We throw in one of our instant honey glaze packs for that mouth watering final touch.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at room temperature – to do so let the product sit out for a couple hours. Prepare honey glaze packet according to instructions. You may then pour the glaze over the product before or after carving. We normally do not recommend heating the meat, as it tends to dry out. If you must, do so wrapped in foil, briefly at a low temp (275-300), to preserve moisture. If you have leftovers, they may be frozen for up to forty-five days.
Generally 1/2 lb. per person should be sufficient for dinner setting. 1/3 lb. per person is suitable for buffet setting.
